Armadilloasis is a private ranch campground in the heart of Central Texas providing rustic tent camping in and around ponds and a creek as well as as RV spots. Armadilloasis is not open to the public but by reservation only.

Yes! Armadiloasis is working ranch with many animals and livestock. Here you’ll find cattle grazing the fields, herds of goat, and many chickens, however these are kept away from the camping areas. Please do respect the animals and their handlers and avoid them where possible.

The wildlife on the ranch is varied. Depending on the time of year, you may see whitetail deer, turkey, wild boar, coyote, and yes, armadillos.

Yes! Armadilloasis is fortunate to have multiple ponds as well as a creek running through it. Most of the rustic tent camping is near these water areas, and the RV spots are near the largest of the ponds. Depending on the time of year, the ponds and creek will have varying amounts of water in them.
